Open to any professional engaged in the prevention, intervention, treatment, or recovery support of substance use disorders, including those licensed or certified by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (BSRB) or equivalent regulatory bodies.

Open to professionals whose primary role is in education, training, or research related to addiction, behavioral health, or recovery support. Eligible individuals include college or university faculty, clinical trainers, and research professionals contributing to workforce development in the addiction field.
3. Student Membership

Open to individuals currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or training program in behavioral health, addiction studies, prevention, social work, counseling, psychology, or related fields.

Open to any organization, agency, or program engaged in addiction prevention, evaluation, treatment, or recovery services. Organization-wide access to training discounts and workforce development initiatives. Dues are variable rates based on annual revenue and are listed on our membership levels and benefits page.

Open to any business, corporation, or vendor that supports KAAP’s mission and provides products or services that benefit addiction and behavioral health providers. Examples include software vendors, insurance companies, continuing education providers, health systems, or community businesses aligned with behavioral health.
